A Vietnamese & French mix concoction hailing from Boston, Mass now residing in Brooklyn, New York. The Chef is currently at Di An Di, a Vietnamese restaurant in the Greenpoint area of Brooklyn where he is cooking up flavorful and colorful dishes. Being a Plant Based Chef he hopes to introduce to the world all the amazing dishes that Vietnamese cuisine has to offer. From the many soup dishes to amazing Saigon style street food, being plant based has never tasted better.
